He is very sweet, quiet and calm in the house, but he is packed with drive and energy, so when he goes out in the yard, he races around more than any of the other dogs. He loves to play and is very toy motivated. Just one squeak from one of his toys and he is on his toes, completely focused on getting the toy. He may not look it, but he is very athletic and fast. Ferris obtained his AKC Championship in just few shows; he was a natural showman. When I first met Ferris I wasn't looking for another Papillon, let alone another male. However, he had so much drive that his breeder thought he "needed" a home where his mind could be challenged. I thought he may have the potential of producing some very fast and naturally driven agility Paps, so I decided to add him to the family. And who are we kidding, I also thought he was ridiculously pretty.
